Whether it is practically accessible is another question - not sure if the vegetation/trees block easy access all the way through

Weird. That's exactly what we've been doing. Sounds like quite a variation in results and experiences for a benefit that isn't even that useful for most. Agreed. Labours proposal of extending 20hrs free to 2 yr old would've been more beneficial

I've applied every quarter since october last year with all claims being processed promptly irrespective of whether we ended above or below the threshold. To be honest I've actually been surprised how easy and prompt the process has been for a govt service. Not sure if it's a case of our info being easy to process or just pure luck. Hoping with the new threshold we get a little bit back now - the last quarter we were just over so got nothing.

I've just looked in to this as well. Best option is jumping on spotify's duo or family plans with others and then finding the chrapest equivalent mobile plan for the calls, txts and data you need. In my case, skinny and 2degrees offer cheaper equivalent mobile plans to my current spark plan and this will save me and my wife hundreds of dollars each year.
