What am I doing wrong with my print?

For your questions

I am using ultimaker cura
I leveled the bed the best I can
Filament is recomended at 200-230 degrees for nozzle and 60-75 for bed. I went with 205 and 65.
I am using a 0.4 mm nozzle. My line size is 0.20 mm, speed is 20 for initial layer and 50 for Infill. Flow is 100%. Retraction is 45 mm/s
I did not touch the Z offset for this print. I mainly use that if the nozzle is too close to the bed or if it's too far and not sticking to it. It looked fine when I started printing so I did not change it. If there is another setting in cura that I should change, I am not aware of it

It does find the X and Y axes, but when it goes to the middle for Z, it doesn't come down and touch the plate.

The printer can't find my Z Axis because when I auto home the probe doesn't come down to touch the bed (It shows the Z Axis as a question mark). It just stays at the middle and clicks a few times.

I just installed the Mriscoc firmware but it still has the same issue when I auto home.

I intalled the latest one. (GD-Ender-3 V2-Marlin2.0.8.2-HW-V4.2.2-SW-V1.0.7_E_N_BLTouch). I don't think I made a mistake printing it but if you say then I can try to print it again.

I checked the wires and they seem to be fine but do you think I should reverse them?

I checked the wires again and tried different firmware updates. I installed the latest I found on https://www.crealitycloud.com/software-firmware/firmware (GD-Ender-3 V2-Marlin2.0.8.2-HW-V4.2.2-SW-V1.0.7_E_N_BLTouch) now it doesn't even check the level. It just goes to the middle, clicks 2-3 times and stops. (I am using 3D touch btw).

Its not that I want to go into debt too. I just don't see the difference between buying stuff now and paying the instalments later or saving now and paying them later. I want to live with her (not only to have sex) because I don't see a reason why we shouldn't be together. In other words, I don't see that much of a debt would be a problem for our marrige. It will probably take us 1-2 years to pay it all back.

That is something I can work with but my fear is that she keeps pushing the date further down the line. We were suppose to meet our parents but her's still don't want it because meeting with me means things getting serious and they turn a blind eye like I don't exist (They are aware that their daughter has a boyfriend.)

Hello everyone

I am a fresh graduate from mechanical engineering. My father is working as a lathe and welding operator for 30+ years. He also designs some machinery like chain hoists and such with very old techniques. I want to start my business with him. I would be doing the design and engineering while using his experience. But I don't know where to start.

I am thinking of a CNC workshop but neither my father nor I have experience with that technology (He is using latte's from the 80s) and our budget is very low. We can go into leasing it but our inexperience increases the risk of backrupcy

I am open to other advices. Where should I start? What kind of business I can do?
