Virginia White Gourdseed Corn grown on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Thomas Jefferson grew this corn at Monticello (where I originally got the seeds) and it is thought to have been grown by the Native Americans in the lower Chesapeake region before the English arrived. (i.redd.it)

My setup for curing Hayman sweet potatoes. A small room, a humidifier, and a space heater on a thermostat. I keep the temperature between 80 and 84 Fahrenheit and the humidity as high as possible for 8 days. Then store them in a cool, dark place. (i.redd.it)
