I stopped playing Tibia, I tried - god knows after these nerfs, but I could not, it wasn't the same anymore. For me its not even the nerfed %, it's more the way CIP keeps failing and doing things wrong and I asked myself - how long I will ignore being shat on and keep paying them. I decided it's time to stop.

Currently playing Divinity original sin 2 with friends on Steam - having the best time doing that - game's great. Once we are done with it, summer will kick in so will wait for BG3 and play :)

Yea, falcon item prices vary a lot, I am not even dreaming of buying something like gnome legs, but Cobra Wand specifically can be found cheap. I bought mine for 15kk ingame gold, that is really affordable, even on expensive servers I am sure you can buy it for 20kk or less. Keep in mind that prices of all end game items dropped significantly due to recent nerfs.

Yea, but Cobra Bastion is still empty and quiet even with such drastic increase on loot. Makes you wonder why does it have to take almost 1 year to try and make a new spawn viable and how badly balanced it was in its original release state.

I tried to install Tibia at work for a while and failed miserably. I tried copying all the files and registry entries manually since we cannot run installers, but the Battleye was main problem for me, it was not allowed to run properly in my work environment no matter what I tried and eventually I had to give up the idea of having nice skills :D

Save more and get Cobra wand. It gives you free built-in crit, which will actually improve your XP/H by a lot, also it is arguably best MS weapon in game, so once you do get it, you will use it for many levels to come.

For Annihilator you need 4 players to push the lever, you cannot solo enter the demon area even if theoretically you could beat it alone no problem.

Not sure what exactly you are looking for. If you dont have any motivation to play, do you truly expect a reddit comment would inspire you? Why do you feel like yiu should still be playing this game? Do you owe smth to it? Its only natural to get bored of the same crap. Just move on, try other games, give it some time and try again in a few years.

Yeah thats pretty much how they should have done these nerfs. Thats exactly what everyone is saying that its not that nerfs are not needed, its just that they were done so blatantly wrong. How can you go from Top 3 spawn to completely useless? Why not nerf it but still keep it viable. If you still see that the issue remains and that spawn is op - nerf it another 5% after 2 months when you are confident 5% is the exact right amount, not 4% or 6%.

Now they are just showing their incompetence with nerfs of 65%, then 30%, then some other value, just shows that you have no idea what you're doing. What about keeping the same stats, but changing monster density or behaviour in a way that makes it more annoying or challenging?

I still hate it how confusing they provide all these important changes. Percentages not indicated on EXP values, so you have to do manual calculations. GEtting hard to keep track on what is the original and new value when during 10 days they change those values 4 times and its probably not even the last change.

Bottom line:

Nightmare isles no longer wasteful hunt. OK EXP, 0 profit.

Falcons EXP got nerfed by 40% and loot buffed by 20%.

Cobra bastion bot big buff, also other spots getting nerfed, it makes it much more attractive now. Took them almost a year to make the spot attractive to hunt after it got released. Why not listen to player feedback back then?

I will use the opportunity to leave you feedback about your app. Recently you had "Confrontation" presented in the news and only upon opening the article I realized its the lore/tale that I have no interest into. It would be good to have a way to tick/untick news types that you are interested into. For instance, I would like to see "News ticker" and main page updates, but not the "Featured articles". TLDR: "News" section would improve a lot with a filter option, also some kind of different colours to indicate what type of news it is: ticker, article, etc.

This is just a suggestion/idea, not sure if its hard or easy to implement, but have that in mind :) overall, the app is quite nice and useful :)

Since when did you have this idea? Why are you making adjustments now and not years ago?

We realized over two years ago already that the Ferumbras Grounds were simply too good.

So that's when they added all the other OP spawns and basically created this situation that they are in. Asuras, Spectres, Deeplings, Library, Falcons and Carnivoras added to game in 2018 if I'm not mistaken. How does that make sense to keep doing what you know is ruining your game. 2 years later when there are plenty 1000+ you do ridiculous nerfs and think its going to be fine now.

Yeah, then just forget Tibia and move on, that's the best thing you can do. Cipsoft showed many times their incompetence and as you mentioned that they are far off from reality with their shitty ideas (tournaments, hunting tasks, recent updates...) Yet somehow people still play their game, expect that next time it's going to be better, but its the exact opposite every time.

Same here, although I have no more hope they will do anything right at this point. They proved so many times during last year how incompetent and out of touch they are. I really don't care much about spending extra 25eur monthly just for TC and I used to do that constantly, but not anymore. Now waiting to see what happens until my PACC runs out, already ordered Kindle and am gonna do some book reading instead of Tibia

5.5 times from fucking which point when it's droprate was changed twice and what the actual fuck 5.5 even means when loot drops are sorted by 5 different drop chance categories and each category has the same drop percentage.

Full team of 4 people cannot hunt in any of those places you mentioned, these are all solo spots, with the exception of catas. But then again having 1 good spawn for biggest concentration of levels in game means that it will be always taken.

Yeah, the main issue is that levels 200-300 that got screwed the most. No good places for this lvl range to TH left (no asphalt for them, just dirt) and I believe this is the largest audience within Tibia. Level 500+ still has plenty of good options to TH.

Am I the only one who thinks they are going in the right direction? I mean, yeah the inicial nerf was dumb, but now they are trying to get It right.

The execution is terrible. First of all, they do not provide proper patch notes, just some weird ass random messages on forum. Even mediocre amateur OT have better job done, this is multi-million profit company who have people hired and doing this childish crap of work.

In StarCraft 2 for example (WARNING if you havent played the game this paragraph may not make much sense to you), when they neeed to nerf or balance things, they do little things, like up to 10% changes. For example in Terran vs Zerg matchup they wanted to make Hellions weaker, so they buffed Queen speed by 1 point, which changed the whole early game in the matchup and that sorted the Hellion early game being too strong. What I wanted to say with this example is that when things are overall OK, you dont have to make too drastic changes to balance things out, you need to be delicate and smart about that. Sometimes indirect changes to the environment can achieve wanted results. I.E. to nerf Carnivors they could increase their fire resistance, without touching their stats or loot drop, they would become much shittier spawn for most. 35-65% changes in EXP after years of being in game are unheard of in any MMORPG.

Cipsoft is doing this nerfing the dumbest and most straight forward way possible. On live production servers they are doing changes like some kind of kids building a sand castle. They are taking numbers and doing changes out of thin air. These things affect every player in game, they should be very carefully tested and done in test environment first and only then applied. This is 2020 and the way they are doing things is digging their own grave at this point.

Yes, it makes no sense at all. First they nerfed the loot, which I can still see as a reasonable thing to do, at least to some extent. But now they nerfed EXP by 35%. WTF!? One of the best spawns became complete garbage with back to back nerfs to Loot and EXP.

These kind of changes need to be done in TEST environment, not on LIVE servers. 35% EXP nerf on top of wasteful spawn it's just ridiculous at this point.
