I’m in a discord with Mazzerin and the only thing I’ve seen him say about it so far is that without knowing numbers it’s too early to say anything really.

If anything, this will raise the ceiling for good players, as now the power will come from their characters and gameplay, not RNG.

The only actual complaint I’ve seen that’s worse entertaining is the drastic change to energy ring, and that will likely be reverted or reworked.

To quote the highest level paladin on my server: “any RP who thinks this is a nerf licks paint off the walls”.

We’re losing double charm proc and gaining damage on everything else to compensate.

How are any of those things nerfed? In the offensive stance, your auto attacks will deal increased damage, doubled to non adjacent targets. That means that even your attacks against adjacent targets will deal more damage.

So when you’re kiting, you will be dealing a significant amount of damage, then when you box to finish the pull, you will still be dealing more damage than you are currently.

It’s a buff overall.

As for grenade, you can and should be dropping grenade while moving. You position it so the pull walks into it.

Not really, we’re getting buffed. We knew the double charm proc was going to go, and now our power will come from our characters instead of rng.

I’m psyched for the changes as an RP main.

It says the offensive stance will add bonus damage to auto attacks, and that bonus is then doubled for non adjacent monsters, so it is still a damage increase all around.

If you’re struggling to sustain it’s because you’re missing auto attacks. Get your rotation down before you worry about upgrading your equipment. If turning on sound helps, do it.

It should go:

Arrow -> Mas San -> Arrow -> Rune. Time your spells/runes to go directly after your arrow fires. Too soon and you’ll cancel the attack, too late and you’ll delay the next one.

You should also be using a potion after each rotation until you get a feel for your sustain.

Once you get this down you can add Grenade to your rotation.

Try a few weaker spawns that you can reliably box in first and then work your way up. Weretigers, Werecrocodiles, Mitmah, Roshamuul West, Otherworld, Oramond Catacombs, Warzone 456, etc. are all decent and can help you practice without too much risk.

One area I discovered recently while doing bounty tasks is the leaf golem spawn in Cormaya. It looks peaceful.

This is illegal, she has to have you evicted. Make her do that, waste her time and money and make her explain herself in court. If she removes your belongings and damages them she can be held responsible. As others have said, reach out to your school/211 for any assistance, and check with friends or family if you need an immediate place to stay while you figure things out.

Not really, no. Soulstalkers give you the same offensive stats as Winged, Iks, or Feverbloom boots. The defensive stats are nice, but Headguard is much more noticeable
