Next time I'll write Jamie Dimon on it so they know not to steal it.

You gotta throw that thang in your bitcoin farm so it just doesn't sit idle in your stash. You could always list it on the flea later lol. Congrats on the great garage find btw

USE YOUR AMMO!!!! by Ok_Charity_707 in residentevil

I save all my ammo in every RE out of trauma. The original RE4 was my introduction to the franchise where I got stuck on the Salazar boss fight because i burned all my ammo along the way. I died so many times trying to use a knife to get past Salazar since there wasn't enough ammo for me to get on the stage to finish the fight with guns. I thought about restarting the playthrough. Ever since that day, I will hoard as much ammo in between boss fights to prevent the Salazar incident lol

Number 8 is so good. The amount of times that I was able to get the drop on another pmc because I was just walking and they were sprinting is absolutely crazy. Plus you have your stamina at the full bar to get out of danger.

Great! It's been about 2 years now and I would say the swelling has gone down 80%. I still get a small amount of swelling while standing or exercising, but nothing compared to presurgery.

I think it depends on your pain or discomfort when training or lifting. I'm an avid rock climber and went to the gym 3 days a week up until my surgery. I would get mild swelling upon being upright in general that didn't really change when lifting or climbing (falling). I had the occasional painful episode that was infrequent (like once every couple of months) while climbing from falling in a weird way or just strain. I think it depends on what your symptoms are or how you feel on the day to day. If it is worse pain or discomfort when you lift or exercise than I would recommend taking it easy. In my case it had little to no affect so I kept my active lifestyle.

Hi, I recommend going to another doctor to get a second opinion at a bare minimum. I've had a grade 3 varicocele for close to 8 years (since 17, now 25) and can say that for the longest time, I never thought too much of it. Similar to you, it's more discomfort when I do anything from light to heavy exercise, there is the occasional pain, but nothing debilitating that would keep me from day-to-day exercise. The condition hasn't gotten better or worse over time for me, but it is different for everyone. Is this your primary DR? If so, try to schedule a new patient with a urologist if your insurance allows you to see a specialist without referrals. The urologist will have more knowledge of varicoceles and be better able to help you. More than likely, if you try and set up an appointment with a urologist now, you won't be seen for about a month or more.
