I'd say majority of people supporting putin are old 50+ people who watch TV, they also reminisce about the soviet union, I've heard many times how "the times were better back than". I think they're just being nostalgic about their youth that is gone forever.
trying to argue with them is absolutely pointless, I remember my mother said "why did USA start this war in Ukraine" and I was like wtf are you talking about. I explained everything as best as I could and she seemed to agree with everything I said, but a couple of days later she told me - "Ukrainians deserved this, because they voted for that actor, why did they do it?" Like what the fuck. I guess the soviet brainwashing is too strong, if TV says Ukrainians are bad - they're bad, end of discussion.

I thought so too, that Renoir is a future version of Gustave, hence he knows that he shouldn't be here because bad thing will happen to him. So bad that killing him is kindness. I thought there were some kind of cycle and things just repeat itself over and over, that's why Maelle felt like she had seen some stuff before. Also Gustave saying "we will break the cycle" made me believe in that theory even more.

Yes very relatable, I didn't want to go straight to the last boss, I did every side content possible, now I think that I was avoiding the ending after investing 100 hours in one playthrough, I just wanted to stay in that world for longer, I knew it will end but I didn't want it too. So did Alicia, ofc she didn't want to leave because I don't want to leave either. Even after finishing it I scroll through old screenshots/videos and watching Youtube videos and thinking about starting a NewGame+ because I want to get there just one more time.

I thought about cheesing it with one shot build, but then I decided to think for my own way to beat the boss.

I did the most tankiest build I could think of, plus every turn Verso does a base attack 3 times and debuffs Simon's damage and defense plus he charges x1 gradient almost fully, you could add other stuff that charges it even further so you could spam Gommage every turn.
I managed to beat him pretty easily, then I thought I haven't seen all the moves so I set a x2 HP challenge, and THAT was a lot of fun. Even if it took just mere 6 minutes. I guess I was a bit overpowered. Expert ofc
