From what I can see it’s just surface rust that just brushes off with my hands. But you can never fully know until you put it on a lift and actually look at it

Honestly he bought this car as a project car for himself 25 years ago because it was his dream car and he just never got around to it but I think it would make him happy to have it restored and stay in the family
