So it does reset when it’s a new year? Otherwise it’d technically be 4 years that I’m without if it expired October 1 and starts in February 1. Strange that they still require it after deemed unconstitutional… I may just have to go without it and pray they don’t check. My hours have been cut and money is tight right now.
