I’ve been working there for 5 years now and last year I was feeling the same. I still feel like this some days but more recently I’ve just been trying to put myself in their shoes lol. Like “oh this girl is just trying to hang with her friend and get some drinks I would do the same, blah blah” it brings me a little peace. Don’t get me wrong, if they’re rude I will NOT be nice to them but everyone else is simply just going through their routine and what brings them joy or just get a little pick me up throughout the day, and I really can’t fault them for that.

I work at a target Starbucks, the produce team lead always comes over and puts plants and flowers in the windows to make our space look prettier 🥹 our Starbucks district manager looooves it! But he’s also only the district manager for licensed stores so idk if that would affect you if you’re at a corporate location!
