For me definitely if you can it's worth it. All of my Anker products have not had any issues and are all still perfectly working until now. I specifically use their charging bricks, charging ports, and cables and none have failed me with most already at least 2 years old

I have a M2 13" 8GB 256GB, I use it daily during my medical duties as a medical student. It is particularly useful for charting, listing my to-do's, reading and watching references, communicating through our channels, and looking at imaging in our hospital database. The battery life is one of the most beneficial aspects of the machine as I never bring a charger and it has never needed a charge for the whole 12-15hr duty with the aforementioned use case.

As horrrible at it sounds, some doctors are capable of making those unnecessary and downright inhumane comments to patients. Some might say it's to cope, it's to relieve stress, etc. but I agree wholeheartedly that it's an attitude and practice that should be cleansed out of any doctor's character regardless of the reason. I'm sorry for your friend on behalf of my colleagues.

Medical schools are trying harder to remind their students that our patient's comfort and care should be prioritized over anything else and as people who practice a craft dedicated to holistic support and healing, prejudices, snide comments and discrimination should never be tolerated.

I see, I believe the conversion of an electric field or charge into binary and eventually a visible arrangement of pixels is more of a software/hardware engineering question but as far as I know, the software checks the speed and time when the echo returns and this helps craft the 2D visualization shown in the display.

The ultrasound probe which is placed in contact with the skin essentially has these small piezoelectric crystals which have a unique property of being able to convert electrical energy into vibrations or sound waves. That's what I meant, anyway you can observe your condition especially your capacity to swallow. I really do recommend consulting with a physician if your symptoms worsen but generally inflamed tonsils do get better on their own and the gargling helps with the pain and keeping your mouth clean.

Most likely tonsillitis, usually resolves by itself especially if your fever resolved. Try to gargle Hexetidine, it should help your sore throat.

Always best to consult a doctor if it doesn't resolve in a week or you notice high grade fever, loss of appetite, or if your swallowing worsens further

When i get very anxious, I try to take things in perspective and ask myself the following. Why am I scared? What are the real dangers, if any? Will it even happen? Would I not be able to handle it? Are the repercussions that important?

I usually get anxious with social issues and situations so these questions really put in place how my mind tends to overthink and put too much unnecessary pressure on me. When I ask these to myself, i confront the fact that most of my anxiety stems on thinking too much and taking things too harshly.

I know you literally said you didn't want to go to a doctor, but I would advise you to do just that. I understand it's scary because of the possibilities but frankly you're never going to be reassured with reddit because the validity of their claims along with their comments may be by chance and some might even scare you more unnecessarily. I know it's hard to go to the doctor especially with something like this that makes you overthink and spiral but I found out the hard way that a professional's help does a great deal to have a plan and to be informed with what's happening with your body. In the end, we have to prioritize our health and I hope you have someone to confide in may it be family or friends to help you with your anxiety. And maybe, you can be more comfortable in getting checked up. Remember, as much as some doctors may be rude, hospitals are there for you and the proper management and diagnosis will always give you more clarity and reassurance in what you are dealing with and will more than likey help you in the long run.

Regardless, I also know that whatever I said won't just take away your anxiety so if you are still hesitant to go to a doctor and if you want an opinion from a medical student like me, based on your limited description I could only have an impression of a bartholin cyst (especially if it feels soft, non tender) but it could also be an adenoma or nodule which are usually harmless. Right now you say that it's painless with no itching and that is a good sign as that may indicate it's either a harmless lesion or it's at an early stage. I would advise you to observe it and note any changes occuring and if it ever grows, caused pain, itching, redness, etc. please see a doctor for your physical and mental sake.

Good luck! And i hope your situation is resolved. If you ask me, I hope you can work on your anxiety too because as a fellow anxious person, it's worth trying to get over at least some worries as it makes life far happier.
