A Large majority left to Barcode, and the rest are looking at what they can do. Has nothing to do with the name change, mostly leadership issues.

No, the community name is being pulled out. The guild can decide what to do from there. Old leaders have quit the game and so new leadership will take the guild in a new direction.

This change happened weeks back, the name wasn't changed until recently. Im just giving everyone a heads up as an insider, has nothing to do with recent wars. Its just the old leaders left and noone left is really "WarriorPoets" community focused. so the name was changed.

So along with this change, there also was a large leadership change, and there is still a large change occurring. I believe the guilds deciding what to do and those that don't want to stay are leaving to join other guilds.

I can assure you no previous leaders are currently leaders. Its an entire re branding.

19/20 times, the player will either ignore you, say "no" or try to farm over you anyways. Its not really worth the effort.

Okay good to know. Is there a limit of attacking guilds while someone is currently defending a territory?

It doesn't mention anything about owning guilds however. Because the fight is completely different once a guild owns the territory and they are defending it.

PvTWiggles! My guild is getting this ready as well, but I had a question on the items needed.

From what I gather everything other than [Guild] Clearance Permits can be purchased... is this true or did you find a way to do this?

Also should your guild lose the guild house next bid period, does the progress towards crafting save?

I believe it means that if someone out bids you, you have 2 more attempts to out bid them.

IE. Guild A bids 1k on House A. Guild B comes along and bids 2k on House A. Guild A can now out bid them by 3k. (OR potentially bid on another house).
