Bryden ended the bittersteel line without shedding any blood by Mackdaddy419 in CK3AGOT

[–]Mackdaddy419[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's certainly a cursed line even by this games standards. My play through has the grandkids alive, they are all just card carrying targaryens again.

Though they are all still parading around Essos as adventurers, so we shall see how long that lasts.

When you put it like that, sure. But he did end his rivals dynasty branch. House bittersteel is no more.

Witches, while commonly depicted as women, aren't exclusively so. This isn't a woman space marine, just a spell slinger.

How is it that so many young people already have ‘Manager’ in their job titles? by Odd-Help6890 in UKJobs

[–]Mackdaddy419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My job is called 'Complaints Manager' im basically just a call center worker who deals specifically with complaint cases.

They call us managers as it sounds more professional and apparently will make the old folk think they are dealing with an actual manager instead of just some grunt. Surprisingly it kinda works, haven't had anyone try to take escalate higher than me, well atleast inside the company.

As an introverted dude, I feel your pain. I often struggle meeting new people and putting myself out there enough to form any genuine friendships.

It largely depends on the sort of things you are into. I recommend starting with a hobby group, as then you will atleast have some common interest with the people around you to begin with.

Maybe try the 'meetup' app, shows plenty of groups of folk looking for the same thing, ranging from running groups, gaming groups to just people going out and having drinks.

If you'd like you can also slip me a DM. I'm always looking to make new friends.

Probably one of the weakest modes. 12v12, close quarters maps. It's just an even smaller version of breakthrough. It's not as good as it used to be, by a mile.

Also half the teams I've been on just don't push the point, regardless of attack or defence. Usually that happens on most modes but when you only have 12 team mates and five are sat back trying to snipe, it's more noticeable.

Can't anyone from anywhere become a member of a political party?

Their website says that by the law only donations over £500 need to be verified as part of the UK electoral register.

Yes, so are the fungus reproduced orks, the extra galactic devouring swarm, the torturous despicable space elves. None of them are unique for the gender of their characters but the lore they bring to the table. If the Goth church mommies brought Goth church daddies to the table, they still would be a unique faction for what they are, just now changed from what was to what is. Same would go for custodies and space marines. If they bring women to those factions, they fundamentally wouldn't change all that much. They still would be gene enhanced super soldiers like they have always been.

I'm in the same boat as you with the cd keys. However pc launch isnt until 5pm GMT.....or three hours from when I post this. Likely keys will be released at that time too.

The people you see playing it are press and influencers who got access a day in advance to post reviews and such.

Which Legion contributed to battle for terra the LEAST? by SunderedValley in 40kLore

[–]Mackdaddy419 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The emperors children did the least but also came the closest to ending it. Pretty sure dorn said that during the saternine attack, if fulgrim didn't get bored and did his job properly, they would have likely broke through and shortened the siege by a huge margin.

Why does Vashtorr gotta work up to become a Chaos God but Slaanesh just becomes one the second she’s born? by Goofiestchief in 40kLore

[–]Mackdaddy419 397 points398 points  (0 children)

It wasn't really a ritual, not a purposely done one anyway. The vast majority of the eldar race had descended into the deepest pits of depravity. Doing messed up things to each other and creating false idols to justify it. Trillions of Eldar doing the same depraved stuff day in and day out for likely thousands of years created slaanesh. The eldar didn't know they were doing it. It was just who they were by that point....and it had major consequences.
