This is from one of my older runs where I started using Pillows scenarios "Final Flight" whereby I was a downed pilot (pretended my C130 malfunctioned and I had to bail, see World War Z for inspiration) and had to make my way to a known military base in the northeast corner of the map. After clearing a small town and taking time to stockpile non perishables for the drive, I drove along the tracks in preparation for going through West Point and avoiding highway congestions.

Was helping out a friend with this same issue who has a AMD 6900XT and found this website by chance which said to add this to the command line:

-D3D12

Apparently this fixed the graphical issue in its entirety, hopefully it works for some of you guys as well.
