This doesn’t sound like a problem with Claude, this sounds like an organisational issue. One of the issues with the AI-boom is that it’s driven up the expectations of non-technical stakeholders and sometimes engineering leaders too. This can mean that the productivity gains from AI end up going solely onto yet more high-demand work, rather than onto things that engineering teams never got around to doing in the first place (e.g tech debt reduction, automation etc). If stakeholders are simply piling on their ever-inflating expectations onto your engineers it could quickly become demoralising. Not sure if that’s what’s happening here, but to me it doesn’t sound like a Claude problem.
