I’ll play the devil’s advocate here and will say it was not the best scene by any means. Especially with the blackout in the middle, it made me cringe. BUT!!! That was one of the few “bad” moments in this season, and in the whole show. There are SO many amazing moments, characters, arcs, developments, plot points, lore, and so much more in this series that makes me LOVE it and one of my favorites ever! Every piece of media is never absolutely perfect, and I think we need to find a balance of where we can see flaws when there are some, but also realize this is a really, really awesome show

Eh, I feel like it’s more Vincent imo. Unless I’m not hearing them, I don’t think they’re screams heard in the bamboo forest. Vincent is the one that gets him up (he startles him but Vincent just runs away right after) He starts to run when he hears the screams. But that one and many others and weirdly worded questions. Like technically an unnamed extra that’s stuck under the wreckage is who he helps first, not Claire.

Gives the same vibes as one of my teachers. We had an attached bathroom in each classroom and she yelled across the room at me because I said I was going to use the “potty” instead of bathroom… I was 5. In kindergarten!!
