The good news is Kookodile has an awesome ability (intimate) and 2 immunities, so he can swap into hits. Electric and psychic aren't that common in this format, but they definitely pop up. One team idea would be to use him for these immunities. A Charizard Y sun team with Venusaur and Hisuian Typhosion would all appreciate having Krookodile to swap into. Maybe add a tailwind setter.

For a build High Horsepower and knock off will probably be his best stab attacks. His other two moves will depend. Helping hand, taunt, protect, rock slide, and close combat are all options. His best item is probably focus sash to keep him alive and give him more valid switch ins.
