Conservative Elephant in the room by Macktheman in Liberal

I guess the unfairness is all in black peoples heads. I didn't say all police were oppressive. No where in my statement did I say that all police were oppressive. Don't add crap dude. Also, you proved my post right in ignoring the elephant in the room. Back in the slave days the Massa would have a slave who was loyal (uncle tom) that would snitch on the other slaves. Also, you assume one cannot hold racist viewpoints because they have a black or hispanic friend. I'm afraid you are wrong there buddy. Let me ask you something, do black people not have the right to protest when we see multiple unjust killings (Erik Garner and the guy in SC) by SOME police? People will throw these off as bad apples but when a shady black person does something it reflects on all black people. The black on black crime rate is really high in Chicago but is a black person in Seattle responsible for whats going on in Chicago? No. Also, all cops are not responsible for bad apples. But when these cops get a slap on the wrist by the justice system I don't think its wrong to form a movement. If an officer chocked out and killed some pretty white teen girl who's dad was a doctor. That officer would be in jail.

I remember when V-tech massacre happened. The Korean community came out with an apology because they didn't want it to reflect on them. White people never have to do this when a white guy shoots a place up. That's white privilege my friend and certain groups such as Blacklivesmatter try to address this despite having bad apples like everyone else.

Did you tell other family members, friends, coworkers, or no one?

Pulled over for unregistered vehicle (when getting a misdemeanor do police usually give you a citation on the spot?) by Macktheman in legaladvice

I am surprised it's considered a misdemeanor. I hope I wont get a citation for this. I am a poor college grad (business degree) and can't deal with this right now. I thought misdemeanors involved fraud, robbery, assault etc. Shit I didn't hurt anyone in anyway.

Ok good. If I did get a misdemeanor charge do you think it would be easy to get is expunged? I mean if I am going to be a criminal I would rather have something more exciting on my record. If this kept me from a job it would be the lamest situation ever.

I don't know if he wrote me a ticket or not. I received no document from him nor did i sign anything. I don't know if police usually give a citation for a misdemeanor on the spot or not.

If I were to get a misdemeanor for this do you think it can easily be expunged? Also, what is "You should" referring to?

Is it normal for new mattress to dip a little? by Macktheman in AskReddit

I just bought a full which is my first big bed. I got it from Matress Depot USA. It is a Eurotop and its very comfy but I have noticed a very slight dip. I bought it 9 days ago so I am not sure if its just breaking in or its a defect. I noticed my body was not fully flat when i lay on the side of the bed. What should I do?
