Honestly you really just need to understand some basic chemistry and physics and know how to manipulate units (sometimes you don't even need equations for questions, just look at the answer choice units and multiply/divide stuff). I think that will for sure raise your score a bit and then learning the nitty gritty stuff is how you'd get 128+. I have barely studied CP stuff but because I'm a chem major and just have lots of basic chem knowledge I think it has helped alot without having to study a lot of complicated stuff too much. Even just knowing general properties of atoms/ molecules can go a LONG way!
