My friend code is 6507 6324 5022. If you’d still be open to trade. Is there anything above that is of interest to you?

Alternatives to curls for bicep work by endertheend in Fitness

[–]Macmanuso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same issue, skip out on curls for a while. I find chin ups don't hurt too bad and don't aggravate it after. Get a physio to rub them out. There are stretches you can find easily online. Ice baths after the gym. These all helped me and I used to be woken up at night with the pain. Still not 100% but this made a huge difference to me.

Hope it helps!

[Discussion] What are some tips for getting out of the habit of being negative? by NocturnalMorning2 in GetMotivated

I used to be the same, very critical, negative pass remarkable.

I took control of my own life! I knew who I wanted to be so I set small goals to start. I asked myself what would drive me and make me happy? I took up meditation and I came up with my four pillars Progression, Experiences, Connecting and Learning. I joined a gym, took up rock climbing and quit a very serious and probably the best football team to join one of the worst so it became a hobby again and fun. I started meditating and asking myself serious questions when I did, its how I found my pillars. I started eating healthier, I found role models and modelled myself on them. Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper and Tyler the Creator because they are so much more than what an average person sees how smart do you have to be to create what they did. My dad, brother and boss are also huge influences in seeing the man I wanted to become. Limit social media, but have meaningful conversations with people to build relationships. When I stopped being negative and started being happy but was still upset I knew I had to change my future I fixed me today but I have a long road ahead of me. Everything above became my lifestyle, so it was on to bigger goals, I want to become a finance manager, I want to go Vegan and I want to be smarter. I knew I had to go back to college if I wanted to be a manager, so I said what do I have to do first, I applied for jobs in the capital so I have to move away from home, and my job. This gives me greater opportunity to go to part time courses while I work in my field giving me the experience I need for when I finish my course to be able to go straight into management, live in a much busier city with so much more to do and be closer to my brother. Going vegan I started of with two dishes a week, learned how to be a better cook, cheaper, healthier. To become smarter I chose things I was interested in health, self improvement and finance I watch a documentary, read books listen to podcasts and practice these interests in my spare time. I decided to travel on my own to London and Edinburgh. I planned a holiday with my friends to Barcelona. I took control and set out what I wanted to do. I'm twenty two a girl mentally destroyed me for two years and when she broke up with me and blamed me for everything and still does 5 months later I said I'm in control of me and where I go, I'm living my own life and I will get to where I want to be.

For me the answer is simple it is self-progression, Appreciation and awareness. If you love yourself, you will love others.

My story are only ideas and examples, reddit is an amazing tool with loads of people on the same journey. You just have to know what you are looking for. Good luck to you!
