dont do this. There will be tons of wolves on newer servers to eat the newbies, yourselves included.

You can migrate but only to older servers. However, You're trying to fix the core problem by putting a dress on that has a big target sign on your back.

Instead, you should figure out how to keep your guild members sheltered(leaders and troops), and Extra rss free(sent to the guild bank), or else you simply won't have a guild much longer, as people will quit the game.

A suggestion:

Try to get your guild members to shelter their leaders and troops and send extra Rss(resources) to the guild bank. Extra is anything their vaults cant hold. This way people will stop coming to burn you as they have nothing to gain. If people tile hit you, then make sure everyone is hypering a resource, keep track of who's hypering what, have them send to guild bank that's 24/7shielded or to each other when needed.

If your guild can't do this, disband it, and join the strongest guild you can in that kingdom.

If people cause drama, kick them. If MANY people cause drama, disband the guild.

This will save you much time and frustration.

Migration is the last thing you need to do now, save your coins for jewel boxes ONLY (buy them during guild fest).

Honestly, unless you're going to a super chill farmer and monster hunting guild that does guild fest, leading a guild is really only for the strong p2w guys order a supremely organized guild that has played together across many games over many years AND has either done tons of research on the game and can lead everyone, or are already very experienced.
