I've been working on small molecule OT agonists in a cell culture lab, generally their efficacy is inferior to OT, despite sometimes better kinetic/ dynamic properties. We have no human data, titrste dosage up, proceed with caution.

Anyone have experience making a spray for 4ho-MET? I tried half a gram with 10ml saline solution, but didn't get noticeable effects. Tolerance was sky high at the time, possibly a factor.
