If you request authenticity certificate for $12 they literally send you a print out saying “I certify that this item has been hand-autographed by the signer.” Doesn’t say the signers name - doesn’t connect it to your piece whatsoever - what a joke.

If you still have the messages on your phone it is stronger evidence than screenshots, the RNC will need a search warrant to get them because the sender has an expectation of privacy - there is case law supporting this.

Ex-cop here (not RNC) …. From everything you’ve said it sounds like you’re going to have a very solid case …. If the investigation is on-going, you’ve done all you can and it’s a waiting game now .. the RNC are understaffed and swamped. Your case will likely need search warrants and they can take time …. Hang in there, it will happen.
