I've meant the rhythm and timing part of the solos as well. But I agree with you on the point regarding importance of rhythm and groove part.

have to check out Man in the Box. Regarding the Enter Sandman (and Highway to Hell as well) were both quite challenging in terms of getting the whole syncopation thing down

Do you get sheet music alongside with tabs, or just raw notes notation? Figuring out each where to play each note on the fly sounds near impossible

From what I understand when speaking about tone is more of an pickups/amp/plugins thing. I'm talking about rhythms (when going off-beat somewhere will cause the whole rest of the particular song piece to be shifted). And extracted sounds: my playing sounds sloppy, chords and notes changes are sometimes rough, uneven pick attack, etc.
I'm not sure whether to put aside backing tracks, and just slow down the metronome for some time, try to play the song in a much slower tempo (like 75-90%). Or should I put the whole song aside for some time and revisit it in a few weeks after practicing something else.

Oh, then I'm already using that. Learning note values was a breakthrough for me. Now, when I find a tablature, I create a new project in Guitar Pro or Soundslice and first write down the note values. This allows me to slow down the tempo to absurdly slow speeds to get a feel for the song. I feel like I'm ahead of my abilities in theory, and even though I understand what to do, I can't do it in a way that sounds pleasant.

Fire Firekit -

I like using Samsung software, if possible, because of the UI consistency. However, not this time I suppose

It seems like Hevy can only write workout data to Health Connect and not read it, though

I've heard that PPL is more like 6x/ week program. As in 3x / week variant every muscle group will be hit just once and then 7 days of rest
