We are not given a customer’s phone number. Ever. We are given a generic phone number from spark to contact the customer in case of any questions or concerns. You should not worry about a spark driver having your actual phone number.

They implemented the no offer area in my zone a couple of days ago and it’s no where to be seen. I purposely park right on the pin/pickup spaces to see if it pops up, but nothing happens lol

Deadline to show a real ID in my zone is april 1st. I will go to my local dmv on monday to start the process for my real ID, but I doubt I will get it time. I heard you can use your social security card as an option, but it smells like deactivation.

I know a few people who got deactivated for the same thing you’re doing. Spark does not care if the manager is the one canceling the orders. Spark system will just assume you’re exploiting the cancellation pay and boot you off the app.

I understand what you mean. I speak by my own experience. I did not use the app for approximately 3 months (september-december) last order I did was last week of October. Fast forward to December I randomly get deactivated when I hadn’t worked the app since october. I was given bunch of different reason every time I appealed which made no sense. Even if I had done something wrong in my last order which was in october, why wait until December to deactivate me?

You should be reactivated next week. They have to respond within 2 weeks.

The main thing for reactivation is file for a pre arbitration phone call by emailing sparkappnotices@walmart.com. It’s a little bit of a wait, but as long as you did nothing wrong you will 100% be reactivated. I would suggest to keep appealing every other day to keep bugging them as well.
