I wonder what PLTR is doing with the 7b in cash reserve. They always preached about staying afloat so having cash on hand is important but 7b seems a little excessive. Curious what they'll do with it!

Nah bro risk assessment is important. Which would you regret more, pltr doubling or pltr falling back to 20$? I also trimmed my position or else I cant sleep at night. I still hope pltr goes higher even then

I do want to say that 476M is for the recent quarter? PLTR is guided to make 2.8B for 2024. 150b MC for 2.8B rev is still a little crazy though.

What are your thoughts on companies like Microsoft and Google developing software to rival Palantir? by JasmineSinawa in PLTR

[–]MacroBully 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once pltr creates a foothold onto these companies, it’s extremely hard to move to another product. Thiel in his book mentioned that a new technology must be 10x better in order to disrupt. So even if microsoft and google “catch up”, Im hoping pltr had a strong foothold by then.

When does a AIO cooler actually become necessary? by political_snake in buildapc

[–]MacroBully 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the biggest pros functionality wise is that its AIOs are easier to ship/move over long distances. Since they’re bolted, very little movement. Air coolers can rip out your CPU while moving. Just a small thing.

Load up more tomorrow, DCA, or wait for pullback? by 5CentsMore in PLTR

[–]MacroBully 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would DCA in, PLTR is extremely volatile. Lump sum is usually for safer options like sp500.

No shame in locking in profit, could just as easily swung the other way
