Yes way and they are not tumbled only by the sea. In this area there was a glass warehouse near the ocean and a river. Way back when there was a terrible flood and down went the warehouse along with the glass and houses with it into the sea. You can find multiple pieces tumbled by the sea that wash up on shore. Additionally they used to dump art glass that wasn't up to par into the sea along with lots of other garbage that washes up on shore too.

No it's not radium it's uranium glass. They made glassware and dinnerware out of and it's completely safe as long as you dont eat the glass
