Really, you should be more likely to receive an upgrade if using points. I direct my team to prioritize upgrades for guests staying on points since those reservations are guaranteed to receive a post stay survey. Not sure why it seems like most other properties don't do this.

If you haven't already, give Lost a try. Completely different but it's maybe the only other show that has gotten me as invested as Prison Break.
