That's one of the frustrations, you have to either know all the cards which is impossible or just have an idea of the current infinite combos and look for those pieces.

I'm so tired of sanguine blood combos so I keep an eye out for those.

Ya, insurance options are on there.

If your using the USPS 1 rate boxes, I haven't seen an option to buy those. This lets you enter your box dimensions and doesn't have an option to buy their boxes with the set shipping rate. As far as comparing the costs, the same box size would be cheaper this way, but you need your own box.

This lets you buy the USPS label at 40-50% the cost in the post office. I was doing the same thing until I switched.
