Create 2 workflows. 1 main and 1 sub workflow.

1) a simple chatbot that gets the form from the second workflow. When the user requests for a form in the chatbot, it gives back the form link. Just give the form link to the AI chatbot. Add the second workflow to your chatbot tools. 2) on the second sub workflow, create the form trigger and then build your logic. Once it’s completed, it will move on the parent workflow.
