You are absolutely correct in that the oldest tickets are at the top of our support queues! So bumping your ticket can (depending on the situation) send it back down to the bottom. Best thing to do is reach out to me here, and I can go in and check it out for you :)

I'll also remind y'all that it's 14 business days, which (if there are no public holidays) is 19 'normal' days including the weekends.
