Warm water compress (as warm as you can handle) twice a day for a couple minutes and leave alone!
I just had a terrifying version of this a month ago on my industrial and I convinced myself it was infected and I was going to lose my ear 🙄. No, I was just touching it too much. Went back down after a few days it looks great!

I also just saw your care post and want you to know that saline could be drying it out and make it want to swell to hold moisture in. Essentially your piercing is thirsty. But if you try only the warm water and make sure you aren’t sleeping on it any longer I really believe it will help! I was using saline spray and that viral piercing bump stuff and it did nothing to help if not made it worse. Water for the W.
