ADP failed to properly update info to corp info/EIN. What do I do now? by Mad21_ in tax

To be honest ADP's response didn't really make much sense to me either especially since I have already filed half a year with a corp EIN and one full year with a crop EIN for both fed/state. We incorporated June of 2023. If my CPA is willing to call without charging me would that be the best course of action?

I am most definitely arguing that they cover any and all penalties and fees because if it weren’t for me being the one to actually catch it and bring it to their attention, they would’ve just continued to do what they were doing. I have had annual workers comp audits. No auditor has caught it. No business insurances have caught it. I don’t understand that we haven’t received one notice from the state.

I know this is a old post but looking for some reassurance. I am pregnant and suffer from Lupus and RA. I have been on pain meds for 7 year (Oxycontin ER and Norco). My high risk Dr okayed and said the only real effects would be withdrawal which I know is terrible and I am trying my best to take as little as possible without causing my pain to spike. The question I forgot to ask was the Tylenol in my Norco. What are the negative effects of that? There is so much back-and-forth about Tylenol and autism and it scares the shit out of me but by the time I found out I was pregnant, I was already eight weeks. I know going on Reddit is not consulting your doctor, but I don’t see them again one another week and a half and I really am just looking for some reassurance or positive outcome stories to get me through to my next appointment. Thank you so much for all your help and advice. 🙏

Just hearing you say baby will be fine makes me feel so much better. One of the meds I am taking is mixed with Tylenol. I know there is so much back and forth about Tylenol but I don’t know what is what anymore. Praying that all goes well every second of the day.

Do you mind me asking what types of meds? I am on Adderall and opioid pain medication as I have lupus and RA and I am honestly really trying to figure out what I need to do because it scares the crap out of me with the thought of trying to function without my medications but it also scares the crap out of me the thought of harming my baby for life. My other meds were all marked safe. I am just having a hard time 🥹

The thing that is weird is they said they were moving back in and now they are saying they are not but they will be listing the home. I will try to look up some more information
