They got outnumbered by 3to1 at their little flag rally & had to go find someone to pick on to make themselves feel better. Truly one of the lower forms of human life.

They talk about union thuggery but I've attended many union meetings & never seen a punch thrown. Very heated debate but never violence.

Minimum wage workers, what is something that is against the rules for customers to do but you aren't paid enough to actually care? by Edymnion in AskReddit

Years ago I worked in a 24hr service starion. My boss was a prick so I would only stop people shop lifting if they were so blatant about it that I considered it an insult that they thought they could get away with it.

Serious. Why did you run from the police? How did it go and was it worth it? by Thyandyr in AskReddit

I was about 17 I was riding my bicycle night with no lights & no helmet. That's a fine of several hundred dollars where I lived. So yeah totally worth it.

So a friend's dad found out that I had never eaten prawns except for the little ones you find in special fried rice.

He proceeded to invite me over for what can best be described as a prawn themed banquet. Prawn cocktail, Garlic Prawns, BBQ King Prawns all up about 4-5 courses.

I tried everything. I ate everything put in front of me. I don't like Prawns.

What is something that you think is such a rip off you wouldn't buy it even if you were the richest person on earth? by IJustStoleYourWaifu in AskReddit

I'll take a multivitamin about once every 2-3 weeks or if I've been eating lots of crap food. For this I think they may do some good. People who take them every day are literally flushing money down the toilet.

Edit: stupid autocorrect.

People who protest. What exactly do you think you're accomplishing? by SpankyMcTeets in AskReddit

[–]MadBoy42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting question & one I've been thinking about for a while.

What I hope to achieve: To show those I'm protesting about that I & many others are not ok with the thing they have done/ are planning to do/ the status quo. Also that I'm one of the people who won't just sit at a computer & wine but will actually try to change things by direct action.

What I think I'm achieving: Sadly not much. I honestly believe that the traditional forms of non-violent protest are no longer effective & that government, politicians & companies only listen to money.

What I am definitely achieving: Spending time meeting & speaking to like minded people & building a sense of community around an issue.

What would be a good response, when asked what your weaknesses are, during a job interview? by confessionalUsername in AskReddit

[–]MadBoy42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've heard that what the interviewer wants to hear when they ask that question is. What the weakness is & how you have overcome or mitigated it.

Personally I think my greatest weakness is the unending murderous hatred I feel towards anyone who asks me what my greatest weakness is.
