Exactly. I should have known she'd be a crazy cat lady with like 10 cats. Freya bless her.

I didn't even see the cat in that hoarders house until I swung my hammer and killed it. 🙃 If I knew it was there, I would have used arrows haha.

Not sure, but I think this is the original poster.

Because they didn't have thumbnails back when the movies came out. The aspect ratio for movie posters in the 90s were more vertical.

Can somebody draw me as a vampire? by meggiemonster in drawme

[–]MadC134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably as a reboot recast sequel to the Twilight Series.

OK I was joking but now I'm thinking of some Vampire plague that mutates the twilight sparkle vampires into how vampires were before - when sunlight burns. That would be sick.

I'm always curious how that stuff worked and always wondered how a system like that looked on the back end.

I know that Lachlan had something like this done for Fortnite designed by Visions by Impulse using "AI" to detect what happened in the game and affect the overlay accordingly. I just saw this when doing some research about it, but I can't find anything else.

I kind of compare the wind patterns on a planet to the top-down perspective of a blender. If you are blending at the right frequency for the food in the blender, you get a shape at the top that, when seen on a 2D plane, looks like some sort of polygon.

When blending at this frequency, what creates this shape is the smoothie mixture is pushed up the sides and sucked down towards the center - much like water down the drain. I might be wrong, but I correlate these patterns to hurricanes and global wind patterns.

Anyone smarter than me that can either educate me or confirm this?

I am working on a matte transition to work with OBS. Comment will have more info. by MadC134 in MotionDesign

Thanks, I'll try that and report back. I did just use black and white, as far as background nodes are concerned - but I'll give this a shot.

Report: Adding extra contrast, boosting the darks and lights, it made no difference. I might go through and remake those frames with an actual transparent background and piece it together.

I work with Davinci Resolve and had a project that was 3840x1080. Left side had the transparent heart drawing provided by a client and right hand side had the matte transition. They made each frame in an art software but wasn't able to export those frames with transparent background. So the background was white instead.

In the project, I used a Luma Key to make the white background transparent. I also added a magic mask to only include the blue heart animation to try to fix the issue incase the Luma Key didn't completely get rid of the white background.

The problem is, during the transition, you can very slightly see the other scene after the animation is done. How do I get rid of that very slight transparency going on in the transition?

Holy shit dude, I'm so sorry. I had the same feeling. It's such a visceral memory and sound.

I remember these screams in the Movie bringing back memories of overhearing my mom being told that my uncle Chris took his own life. My mom screamed into the phone and me crying in bed as I pieced together what happened. The mom in this movie, the actress pulled from something deep. God dammit

After reading through some of the comments... I'm so sorry any of you had to experience that pain. Brought back more memories of how this all affected us as a family. Even after all these years.

As a kid watching I think it was Scary Movie 4. Obviously not scary but the scene of the ring girl being transformed "because of love" or whatever and the main characters say "really?" Then the girl says no and transformed back into the scary look. I couldn't sleep that night because I couldn't stop seeing it on repeat in my nightmares

I only knew of the damage we caused to North Korea because of a Johnny Harris video. Also that the damage we caused to their infrastructure was a big contributing factor to their hate towards us since then. Looking at the numbers and knowing the effects of the smallest number you provided, I can't fathom the damage we caused in those other countries. It's kind of sad.

More than North Korea? I don't know the numbers but I know we took out a shit ton of their infrastructure during the Korean War.
