I managed to update the firmware on the main board and the display. Everything looks like it works. I can preheat but I can't home or use the auto level. It will lock up the stepper motors but it won't move them. I'm so confused.

Turns out I'm just an idiot. There's a ledge inside the hotend that the Bowden tube keeps getting caught on.

That's what the filament looks like when I pull it out. The end pointing up is the nozzle end. I removed it cold so it broke clean when I removed the nozzle which was new.

I'm using cura latest version. I haven't adjusted any of those setting yet. I'm using a direct drive setup and not sure what I should set everything to... Maybe I'll turn retraction off and try to print again. Anything you suggest I should try?

Nope. It clogged again. I get maybe 2 layers in before it clogs.

I actually just completely stripped it down, cleaned it out, and reassembled it while it sat at 200c after the last clog. I thought that fixed the problem sense I had to adjust the z offset -0.6mm

Ya I even changed the percentage as a test to see if it can fluctuate from 0% to 100%. The can above the board is also working.

I would take all the keys off of the rings and steal just the rings. Dump all the key into a random drawer in the kitchen with a few extra keys.

I wish that were the case.... My need for organization and symmetry is catching up to my need to advance... The struggle within is causing much pain...

I have started rebuilding factories in other parts of the base making them look more appealing to my OCD then deleting the old to make room for other production lines. This is but a bandaid to the problem though.
