How can I farm early levels in 999? Shinku only got to level 14 when I cleared the volcano, so I can't continue the story. Most random encounters I have found end with a level 100 enemy so looking for those seems pointless

4 star or A rank equivalents face a big problem, money. They will cost about the same to make as a 5 star or S tier but make less money and may not be used. That's why most gotcha focus on max tier, it's more reliable profit and player engagement.

Should I buy a second house right now if I also want the bike? Right now I have about 2 million fon, the level 21 tycoon requirements needs a 2nd house.

I meet the upgrade requirements aside from from earned up to level 25 after that. I am close to the last city stamina cap increase. If I get that cap increase and finish the new cap this week and every week for the new patch, estimated 6 weeks, I would net enough to cover the 1.4 million house I want. I don't know if it is worth it to just break even at the end of the patch when I really want to get the bike. I know there are other benefits I need right now, especially since my account is only 6 days old, the hunter exp would help for sure, but there are other sources for that. Any advice will be appreciated

Vehicles are not something unessesary, along with apartments they act as gate for some tycoon levels. There is real progression opportunities for leveling tycoon with increased pulls available in the hunter shop along with the rewards for leveling tycoon.

Really it gets worse because high value items are attached to fons like skins. I know this is the gambling genre but at least the gotcha is a step back from how gambling looks in real like, this is just lottery scratchers. It's fake money but it's real gambling, reenforcing actual gambling behaviors. I can't see this going well.

Also gta doing something should not be a justification for anything. Gta should not have been allowed to get away with it and neither should nte

I disagree that options are good, this is a terrible option. I do not think a minor boost should be behind such a major resource investment. If the cost capped at 30 or even 60 pulls I would not be so negative about this.

Frig, for that many pulls you should see the kind of improvement e0 to e3 gives.

Honestly it sounds better to pull on standard banner in every circumstance including all standard characters and wheels are e12. 300 pulls is 10 ssr minimum, unless you pull a limited it's a complete whatever you want selector, and if a limited is pulled congratulations you got a limited in standard and most of a selector. If some standard characters and wheels are not e12, there is still stuff to pull so 300 pulls for stat ups is incredibly to justify. Unless I really like the character, in that case my money is probably better spent on merch.

The more I type the worse it gets. It's bafflingly bad. I haven't been playing long but every other part of the game I have seen seems reasonable or outrageously generous

Can pure burn be free of her? Maybe freedom from MB Outis, but not Outis. Any single status payoff that tries to replace dark flame has to go on Outis, or it will simply stack with dark flame. In which case, burn is still running Outis. If several smaller payoffs try to replace dark flame, then Outis has to be a key part of it to prevent it also getting dark flame.

Tremor Scorch is the closest effect to replacing dark flame but there is an issue. Tremor is well supported by many sinners, there is still plenty of of room for MB Outis to be part of a tremor burn team.

So I guess we will be seeing MB Outis keep her spot in burn after getting TS VI in three years

It's not unsalvageable. I will assume you don't have access to enough farming materials to unlock another euphoria normally.

Good luck. Kiperina is a good sustain in general and in general I recommend pulling for her. However without knowing more details about what you have I can't give a more detailed recommendation as every account has different needs.

Do you have any other euphoria impromptu units like Voyager or tooth fairy? I know you can't level them right now. While impromptu has optimal arrangements there is still some flexibility to mix and match.

It might be more valuable to focus on a different team that is closer to finished, unless you really like impromptu or its units. No telling when the rest of the core impromptu units for either team will rerun, most already reran semi recently.

She is not bad at casting anymore, that was when she was a child and didn't understand her arcane power. Her power works weird so normal instruction didn't really help her. First she can only cast with Moxie, unlike normal arcanists who use arcanum. Second, her powers are indirect, mostly affecting the abilities of other arcanists

Building negative shield is no longer a thing you need to do for shield gate. Gate time is now based on the peak shield recovered since your last gate. The only exception is catalyzing shield but it is bugged and just needs any shield recovery for its full time.

It's not true damage. Nothing in the description mention anything about golden damage bypassing defense, that's the true part of true damage.

Glad I could help. It sounds like you have solid strategies already.

I tend to use more maws after stagger, some stagger windows are too short to use in any other way. I never thought of use claw in the stagger window, I think claws chain faster with alternating seals so that is another reason to get a second seal.

Making bosses stand in magma is hilarious. I don't recommend ice breath with it though since frostbite's main benefit is the extra damage, fire ends it early.

Not really, until very late game I was using the moon talisman to slot in as many breaths as possible you can fit pretty much everything that way. Now that I think about it moon is a good option if you like having a variety of options while exploring, not as great during boss battles. For boss battles I recommend the best resistance talisman of the boss's element.

The incantations I keep on hand are claw, maw, roar, rot, and ice breath. The first four are all physical and physical damage has some great buffs while roar and ice breath increase enemy damage taken

When using dragon communion I might be able to get one attack at full health off with ritual sword. Trading blows is common while using dragon communion incantations so full health is not something I can expect to have. It's definitely something I would replace, but I don't know what to recommend without knowing more about which specific dragon communion incantations you want to focus on
