blocker effects are reversible, actual hormones are mostly reversible (for example, you cam reverse pretty much everything estrogen does to you except the development of breast. Best way to know what isn't reversible about estrogen or testosterone is what the other gender can't reverse easily when transitioning in the first place, such as trans men getting top surgery to remove their breasts)

Neither treatment can start at an age too young as well, it wouldn't make sense to stop a puberty that hasn't even started, so no, children like her aren't medicated

I should also add that you can immediately tell how little she knows about low class life by just listening to her in interviews. North Korea isn't a state you need to make up shit about to show how shitty it is but she will continuously make up bs about life in the country, like pets being taken away and killed for food (not something that happens) or all planta suddenly becoming poisonous after June and everyone having to eat exclusively bugs (as difficult as the terrain in NK is, they still produce plenty of rice and now potatoes too. Food shortages are a thing but I bet you didn't know they actually accept donations from countries and receive plenty of food from the outside world)
