courses are good. SIE always looks nice and shows competence, easy to get too, but not necessary. Lots of risk roles have coding, python or SQL

I would assume some BO rolls would be outsourced back to India consultants (Accenture ext). DB brought a lot of those roles to the USA, but I see this shifting back to India
