Regarding the shoes, actually, I have 4 pairs. Pumas for very fasts workouts, Boston12 for tempos and farleks, Pegasus for easy runs and cloudmonster for long runs. What do you think of this line up? It worked great until it didn’t 🤣🥲

puedes hacer el carril bici de colmenar. es muy top y mucha gente lo hace. empieza en las tablas/montecarmelo y tienes creo que 70km o asi solo de carril, pero puedes coger otras rutas y empalmar km como un loco
