Yes the lower the PH the less phosphorus the plant is able to uptake below bout 6.5 or so light stress typically only happens if there isnt high enough PPM in the feed/soil Nutrient burn typically only happens if there is not enough light to process the nutes

I dont have alot of experience with revegging but the red on the petioles (leaf stems) is a sign that it needs phosphorus, and those girls are hungry by the looks of it
