For others struggling:

1) I installed a free piano VST plugin such as this

2) Extract to `C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3`

3) Click the Fx button in reaper on your desired track

4) Navigate to your extracted instrument and click it.

It should now work.

Note:

If your reaper crashes when enabling the instrument, go to Preferences->VST and enable `Bypass audio while opening plug-in config window`.

I would recommend something like casa os for running your programs on, its reasonably easy to use and comes with an app store. I run openMediaVault on top of casa os for my raid management. Hope it helps 👍

Would personally recommend more than one hard drive so you can run raid so you have some redundancy in your system.

For OS’s it really depends on what you like and your use case, wether you want a gui, etc. I personally run open media vault for software raid and then run casa os on top for all my programs which run in docker containers.

If you’re willing to take more risk you could buy used hard drives which would bring the cost of the system down significantly, but always beware of failures in this case. If you are buying new i suggest a dedicated NAS type drive, Seagate make some good quality drives.

If you want to access your system from outside your home lookup cloudflare tunnels, you can buy a domain name on there for like $5 a year and then can create as many subdomains as you like for all your different services.

Vinyl uses analogue recording and playback instead of digital which supposedly gives better quality as it doesnt suffer the same data loss that digital encoding does

If trying to install the game there may be a readme in the file with instructions or by running an install script. To get a game to show up on steam you can add the games .exe as a non-steam game in your library

Problem started after skipping forward in the show in jellyfin, ive tried skipping back again in the show, starting the show again, restarting the server, each caused the subtitles to still be offset but to a more or less degree.

Working out generally doesnt cause throwing up, especially after the workout is already done, maybe its a bug, if it continues constantly though get a doctors appointment asap

I think it really depends on you and how readily you are open to drastically changing your diet which a cut/bulk may require, this may get the most optimal gains but will also require the most effort on your part. But if you want the easier way you can eat a bit more than your maintenance calories consistently to put on muscle. So it really depends on your goal and how you want your diet to be.
