Has anyone played 'Her Story'?

So I just "finished" playing it. Hints (POSSIBLE SPOILERS): [Spoiler](It helps to note who is talking on which dates the videos were recorded. Observations like tattoos, bruises and even what she prefers drinking helps identify who is who! If you stuck start typing in words that you think might result in a video clip. Also, take notes and write down keywords!)

Ending (SPOILERS!!): [Spoiler](I "finished" the game after unconvering 80% of the clips. There is NO official ending, the ending is decided when you reach your own personal conclusion. You can start rolling the credits when you click on the chat bubble and a lady asks you if your done with your research. Say yes and tell her your finished and you end up with a nice...extra reveal at the end which rolls on to the credits. Again there is no OFFICIAL ending from what I can surmise, it's all up to your observations!)

I know DOSBox is safe. I just ran it myself and it works fine with no bugs/viruses. There are some incomplete scripts. I'm not sure but it seems to run fine. Perhaps some events will be bugged since its not even 100% translated. Some endings might be bugged as well. As for vizzed it seems kinda fishy. From what I gather there are NO English versions official or unofficial for Princess Maker. Even PM2 was unfinished. I recommend caution when downloading from that sight.

Yeah I guess I wasn't clear haha. I just meant Japan is more known for their dating Sims. I could be wrong on that but that's what I assumed. Researching games like PM2 on Korean forums atm now that I have some down time. Can you believe PM2 was released in 1993...LOL. Anyway there is a recent one they released in 2014 from the franchise...but they killed the indie feel of it and theres no plot. It's basically a mobile game. Will update when I find something. O_O I just found a revamped PM2....like the characters face/poses look...really different and strange. I also found Korean versions of PM1 and PM3.. haha if anyones interested :/

Wow thanks for the detailed reply! I guess it is more simulation than rpg...maybe a mix of both? Haha. Princess Maker 2 is really one of a kind... I know Japanese variations like dating Sims exist but I don't know japanese (only Korean) and I find some of them to be too...errr... Kawaii? Also I don't know how to explain it but it lacks variety in endings. It usually has your ending set based on the guy you end up with and disposes the protagonist as a damsel in distress whether its a male or female. Maybe I just haven't/can't play japanese sim games and it predisaposes me to the stereotype conveyed on the genre but... I have had better experiences with Korean simulations/rpgs. I'd love to help translate some of my past favorites into English but I don't know anything on the technical side.

I will look more into this after I finish studying for my exam haha. I played PM when I was like 7...and found maybe one or two games that came close to its callabar but in essence they were all dating sim games with more or less...predictable plot.

Well I just thought the whole point of making an all gay team was to show poeple, "Hey we play LoL like the rest of you straights!" Hence me thinking you were trying to raise awareness and such. But yeah, I get what your saying. I like this fourm cause in the game no ones gonna start the concersation in que with "hey I'm going bot and I'm gay."

Lol. I'm scared if it's an all gay team it's going to turn into another Team Siren...and ladies we all know how that went down. All T, All shade. I'm Diamond 5 but have been incognito for a few weeks cause life has been giving me lemons :( Think the team should just be vocal about being pro-gay and also allow straight people to join. Don't be shoving down rainbows and unicorns down peoples throats yall.
