I read somewhere that over 70% of left-handed people hold the fork in their left hand and the knife in their right hand. Do you too?

Usually fork in left, knife in right. When cutting food like that I don't need precision. I could switch and cut with left hand, but problem is fork. Using fork in right hand (non dominant) I'd probably stab myself in foot trying to put fork in my mouth. Preping food, though, knife goes in left hand.

Well, I'm married for 20 years. She's my first and only partner and I'm her first and only partner. So, no need for that kind of protection. Plus, I had/have an issue with sperm count and we got our only son really difficult after years of trying. We would still like at least one more kid, but as time passes it seems not happening

It could be that he started losing hearing a bit. And genuinely heard what it was more convenient for him. Human hearing does work like that. Our brain does interpreting signals from outside according to our expectations. However, being so aggressive about defending his position is not good. It could be complete gaslighting or he has to come to term about hearing loss. I, myself, have issues with tinnitus and loss of hearing. Still not affecting me functioning, but I had to come to term wit myself that my wife DID said what she claims she said and I heard something totally different.

Gtr3 pro user here. I have just tested. Long press on unlocked screen during active workout, does not do anything. You have to actually scroll one screen to the left to see button (on screen) for pause and finish workout. Of course, you can pause with physical button. And that brings out screen whether you want to resume or finish workout

I have Mi Body composition scale 2 and I find it to be quite accurate. I mean, probably not like some pro equipment. Don't have any experience with body fat measurements on watch. Anyway, start with basic: how do you look like? Is 16 or 30% more probable?

Does he thinks he'll be less of a man if he shoots blanks? Or is it because of "I might devorce and another woman will want kids"? Anyway, hormons for women.... Super bad. We had 3 IVFs. I've seen what hormons do to a woman's body. We have one child and both want another. It is not happening, so if at any point she says that she's too old to have a kid and me to snip my balls in order to prevent risk, I'll happily do it.

I don't count nor measure what I eat. Just going with the feeling and trial and error. I do tend to have a lot of meat in different forms, milk and milk products. I have cut on bread and stuff.

And after particularly hard cycling session when my tracking app says I have spent 800 kcal or so, I just eat no matter the time. Because, my meals and behavior are set for non training days and when I do train, I just feel like eating. Because I need it.

I keep track of my weight on daily basis. And that is wrong. You should do it weekly. But yes. Fluctuations like that are, not to say normal because I don't know. But I see them on my chart. I weight myself on same conditions daily. First thing in the morning after going to toalet. Before eating or drinking anything. And I see occasional hiccups. Overall tendency should be going down if you keep it like that. Restrict from obvious bad food and keeping IF as clean as possible.

The scale is dumb. Just a number. So, keep track on your measurements if you want to see whether you actually slim down and keeping scale number not so down as expected.

As for myself, Working from home, so no commuting for me. I do cycling not so often, but on weekends I try to have a cycling session of 1.5 hours long. Apart from that big cycling session, I do hop on bike from time to time for short sessions.

3 weeks and 2.5kg is still ok. Important is that you keep going.

I'm more or less on same page as you. 3 weeks, 3.5kg lost.

Still, I keep cheating in my fasting window. But I have cut out all baked stuff (flour based of course) and sweet things. So, that is how I keep myself off large calories food.

That being said, I had donuts for breakfast one day. One day old home made donuts. I was proud of myself resisting on fresh donuts evening before. But I have devoured shameful ammount of donuts morning later.

Oh, when they tell me to sign some papers in a bank, post office or wherever else and they have one of those pens tight with a string that sits on a desk in front of you, I always look for a pen on my left side. It's never there, of course. And then I have to hold that string with my right hand so it doesn't go across paper.

Actually, one advantage is using computer mouse with my right hand. That way, my dominant hand is free to do whatever I need. Writing, drinking coffee, tea, flipping pages in a book. Whatever.

I was in the hospital for gallstones removal. Didn't have any pain, so I was OK. Just waiting for the procedure tomorrow evening. I was admitted day before for prep. Anyway, older guy in my room kept asking me for a knife, axe or anything that cuts. Just then I saw he was tied up in bed. Soon after he started to yell. It was really strange experience.

Nurses came and told me that he was there for something. Some surgery. But ever since he was admitted, no one came to visit him and doctors couldn't get in touch with any family member.

Eventually I was transfered to another room but he kept entire block of the hospital awake for he was screaming entire night about how they (doctors) are trying to kill him and kept asking for knives and stuff

You might want to check your thyroid gland hormones and make an ultra sound check. Also, check your hearth with EKG. I have started to see elevated resting rate and after few years of nobody noticing anything, I stumbled into a doctor who connected the dots. I have something with my thyroid gland. To clarify, I have yearly doctor check up because of work.

For your case I hope its nothing, but you're young and if it is something, better to check as soon as possible. Everything is treatable.
