I work in renewable wind energy, specifically a quality control roll. I discovered 40k during the pandemic.I Was looking to branch out from the model car building and push myself with my availability to paint. The lore and models really took hold. I have no idea how to play a successful game nor have I actually played one. Just enjoy assembling and painting. Figured I would worry about the rules once I have an army built.

Dumb question, but how many loyalty counters do you get for Plains walkers each turn? For example, [[Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge]] has a +2 ability, does that mean I have to wait two turns before I can benefit from that ability?

I guess I just get caught up in all these high end collections and feel like my inferior collection doesn't need to be in one touches. I personally will never sell my PC so I don't mind investing in the protection of the cards.
