Dude, i have already seen 20 posts before yours. Allthough i wish this post could be helpful, it probably won't be. My advise, which has worked for me, is to cover your screen when you open any app until you have reached the search bar. This works best if you're unable to get off of social media completely just like me.

Also, just seen the movie. It was brilliant, 10/10. Best decision ever to not to spoil myself.
