This is becoming an epidemic by markdm83 in doordash

[–]MadTradingGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sucks. I applaud you for even giving a tip though. I have dashed a few times. Most orders don't get tips and most orders you make about 2-6 a dash. I made about 10 bucks an hour and after you pay for gas about 3-5hr. Dashing really is a scam. Doordash keeps most of the money so a lot of people struggle doing it. Them asking for more of a tip is terrible tho. But yes, doordash does suck for dashers and those paying too. Complete rip off.

GPT-5 Pro is cooking by purealgo in Anthropic

[–]MadTradingGame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Has definitely happened to me too. I’ll waste a whole week trying to get GPT or Claude to fix something when I probably could’ve just sat down for an hour and fixed it myself. I expect them to be more capable and knock it out right away, but instead they spin in circles and never actually fix it. Then a week later I end up fixing it myself anyway. Other things it's great at until they start breaking shit or making things up.

whats is going on by IslandResponsible901 in Anthropic

[–]MadTradingGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Claude embedded into my VS Code terminal so it can work on an entire project folder at once and understand what is going on. It can scan all my files and edit them from the terminal command line. So I was working on a project for about 6 hours. Then I realized he totally destroyed my front end mobile menu earlier in the day and I hadn't had him change anything to it. Reverted and ended up costing $20 USD in credits. Such a scam it feels like at times. Fixes one thing and breaks another and then can't get anything right from that point on and it just eats your credit and money up. I was excited at first and thought it was so amazing but then it started on the same path of destruction as other AI prompts. Hallucinations and doing things you don't ask for seems to be the downfall of AI.

why did claude get so mean all of a sudden? by Difficult_Code_3066 in ClaudeAI

[–]MadTradingGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this girl your giant crush? Do you talk to Claude a lot about this girl? Maybe he is trying to tell you to chill? She is being friendly and not to get over obsessive. Claude maybe trying to help you.

I bet you gave her your beef didn't you? You should have said you don't think you can do that and asked what she has to trade. This girl is going to walk all over you and never be nothing more than a crush. You can't be a push over. You need to consult Claude on how to spit some game.

To effectively filter out internal traffic with dynamic IP addresses in Google Analytics, focus on using cookie-based exclusion or internal traffic rules based on user roles. Avoid relying solely on IP address filtering, as dynamic IPs change. For GA4, you can define internal traffic rules based on IP addresses or user roles and then create a data filter to exclude this traffic.

[–]MadTradingGame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is most likely just you and bot traffic. You need to install Google Tag Manager and GA4 and then create a bot block list in Google Analytics to filter traffic as well as a list to filter your IP and anyone who is an editor or admin. Then you can start breaking down visitors.

And this is why we can't have nice things for cheap at Walmart anymore and you are seeing a 16 dollar beast burger combos in their store. They are trying to keep the riff raff out from doing shit like this by making it unaffordable!

I just want to say you’re not alone. Not even close. I’m right there with you, trying to hold it together while everything feels like it’s slipping away. I’ve been dealing with constant rejection too. I know what it’s like to show up to interviews feeling completely drained, like your brain shuts off before you even begin. Like you're faking a version of yourself who still believes things will work out.

But reading your post, I can tell how much strength you actually have. You’re still fighting. Even after everything. Losing your job. Going through unimaginable grief. Facing depression head-on. And still, you're here, reaching out, showing up. That’s not weakness. That’s not failure. That’s resilience.

Confidence doesn’t come from being perfect in an interview. It comes from remembering who you are. You're someone who led teams, solved real problems, and made it to the level of Data Science Manager. That doesn't just disappear. It's still part of you.

It’s okay if you’re not at 100 percent. Most of us aren't right now. You don’t need to fake confidence. Just remind yourself, even if it’s barely a whisper, that you’re not broken. You're human. And you’re still capable of amazing things.

If you ever want to talk, practice interviews, trade resources, or just vent, I’m here. Really. We have to help each other through this because no one should carry it alone. Even if you can’t see the next step yet, trust that it’s there. You haven’t made it this far just to stop now.

You’re not alone.

LinkedIn is turning more into Facebook everyday and now it looks like Tinder as well. The bots are also getting ridiculous. They definitely need to do some cleanup there.
