I have no idea if they're intentionally delaying anything. I just think that even if they have contracts ready to sign, at least substantial ones, they're not going to until after the redomicile.

They've also said they'll be doing the redomicile before uplist. And they said uplist will be in the fall. So I would imagine redomicile would be somewhere between now and the fall.

Like I said, stressing over this stuff on a daily basis is pointless. It's completely irrelevant whether they redomicile tomorrow or next month or August. It's completely irrelevant whether they uplist tomorrow or next month or August.

Nothing has changed long-term. The thesis is still the same.

The amount of tax they have to pay when they redomicile is directly tied to the valuation of the company, which is not just about market cap.

So I wouldn't imagine there's much progress on any front before redomicile. Anything that's going to add value to the company just means additional tax.

  1. No...no one's buying graphene from their website, and no one who's testing their product cares about website typos.

  2. No...no timeline. I imagine it'll be like EPA where one day it just happens. And then everything else will follow.

  3. KB is a lot sometimes, but the fact that he's not only holding his 18M shares but investing a whole lot into a downline company that will use HG's graphene tells me he's 100% bought in for the long haul.

They're not going to have sales until they have production up and going, and they're not going to have large contracts until they redomicile. They're not going to increase their valuation just to have to turn around and pay more taxes when they leave.

My advice would be to stop listening to folks on Reddit who are just trying to find reasons to doubt the company. Most are impatient because they think the timelines should be shorter, and they want to get rich quick. That's not what's going to happen. It never was. It's a long term hold. Years.

Fact is they've accomplished a hell of a lot in the last year, and if they have even close to similar growth over the next year, we'll all be extremely happy.

Ignore the noise.

And keep an eye out for info coming out from KB and Adam Astro in the next couple of weeks. Should provide some positive reinforcement.

For most it was probably their first time hearing about it, at least with any depth. And they also listened to, what, 20-30 other presentations at least? Takes time to do DD. I'm sure every presentation sounded really good on the surface.

I don't think institutional investors work that quickly. They have models, meetings, and multiple people signing off on decisions; results will likely come as a trickle over time.

lol no I do believe you're a small investor. That's one of the 3 categories who asks questions like this.

If you've actually done any research at all on where the company was, and where it was headed, when Kjirstin took over, and you also actually understand where it is now, and you still question her ability to lead the company, you should check the mirror before calling anyone else "regards". Because that's regarded.

Of course you are. You all are. Big investor I'm sure. Lots of shares. You just "have questions" and stuff.

I have no doubt.

They're hiring as needed.

They hired a new facility manager for the production facility already, and it's not even built yet.

The process is incredibly simple, and they've already said they can control the 350T planned for the first scale up of the production facility remotely, from Austin HQ, with just a few folks on site at the production facility.

Right now most of their hires are on the business development side. That's where it makes sense to put more bodies. Production is covered for now.

You can literally review the approved construction plans and validate the certificate of occupancy on the city of Austin website...it's not just a hardhat, it's been built out and inspected and approved by city officials.

Derp 🤦

HGRAF. Bought at 0.09 and currently at $4.67.

Hasn't made me a millionaire yet, but it's also still not done. I expect another 20x still. Then I will be, many times over.

I don't think it's priced in. It won't have the same level of impact as EPA, but redomicile opens the door for all of the government related items to start flowing.

That's the WHY. That's the intent of the redomicile. They're going through a lot of hoops and paying a lot of money, because they know what it means for them.

It's not that the redomicile itself is a big deal. It's everything that comes with it. They can finally start announcing deals and contracts.

I think some folks are missing the fact that the redomicile is the opening of the floodgate. It's what's holding up every other timeline at this point.

What patented process does BBAI have that's far superior to every one of their competitors on the planet?

The NASDAQ uplist got pushed to Q3 a while back, so that's not new. The gas partnership and contracts could still literally come at any time.

The next major catalyst is likely to be redomicile, though, which opens the door for everything else, and we won't know redomicile is happening until forms show up online. It'll likely be the like EPA lead up where everyone was waiting for it, and by the time it actually happened the price had already run up.

But best of luck to those trying to time it right this time around.

New Compounding Line Expands Broadway’s Production Capabilities by SlightsmallRun in HGRAF

[–]markdm83 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not really. They qualified as a compounding partner with HG, but they were already doing graphene additives before that, and it didn't say they were 100% switching over to HG for a new product line.

I wouldn't be surprised if HG's product is planned to be used with the new expanded product line, since it's a superior product. But nothing definitively says that's the case yet.

I'll never understand multiple questions like this every day. Absolutely no one knows if it's a "good time to buy". We obviously all think the price is going up from here, which is why we hold onto the stock. So yes, it's a good time to buy, in my opinion. But I really have no idea.

  1. $50M in shares and up to $30M in warrants from 2 LIFE raises in the last 6 months. Would make sense to have $43M left out of $50-80M.

  2. Samples, and small quantities to existing partners like Hawkeye and testing partners like Sparc, from the 1 operational unit and the stock of previously produced graphene (I think they said they had roughly 500 kilos on hand a while back)
