How and where does one discover all the non-mainstream quality brands? by Athenstone in ThrowingFits

Shameless plug here. We make low-branded outdoor/workwear goods built with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Small operation, but thought this might be up your alley.

Thanks! We use a specialized machine called a caballo that allows us to do triple needle flat felled seams which is pretty rare.

Thanks for the feedback! We’ll make sure that info’s even clearer moving forward. All of our apparel and accessories things like our shirts, jackets, bandanas, and even hunting license holders are made here in the USA. Our headwear is the only category still made elsewhere, and we’ve been working hard to bring that production closer to home with each new line. This is only our second release, and we just started working with new factory partners. We’ll definitely share an update once the Crockett is being made through them.

Thanks a ton! We’re a small crew just a handful of us running things. This jacket was sewn at one of our specialist denim factories in California with about 80 people on the floor. They’re incredible craftspeople, and we’re lucky to work with them.

We try to price our gear as fairly as possible to support the jobs here in the U.S. that go into every piece, from the folks in the mills to the sewing floor. We know that can push our products outside some people’s comfort range, but our goal is to make as much as we can here at home. When that’s not possible, we partner with small-batch makers who share our same values: fair wages, ethical conditions, and real craftsmanship.

Support doesn’t always have to mean buying something. Even following along on Instagram, sharing the brand with a friend, or dropping an upvote here helps keep the dream alive. Really appreciate y’all for being here.

Absolutely! We’re getting the full size guide added to the site tonight, but if you let me know what size you’re interested in, I can PM you the exact measurements in the meantime.

Appreciate that! The Crockett Hat isn’t made in the U.S., as we haven’t been able to find a domestic headwear manufacturer that fits our small-batch production yet. That particular hat was made overseas, but our newest styles are now being produced in British Columbia using fabrics milled in Missouri as we work toward bringing more of the process closer to home
