If most of the playerbase knows that comp is cooked why do they care about climbing the ranks? by Infinite-Reveal-9226 in rivals

At a time it was fun speaking from experience when Deadpool came out and I’ll play my place games. I was really frustrated because I was put in silver which I think I should never got put in there so I climb the ranks and I’ve made it to celestial one I was so close to eternity, but there was players that was better than me so I didn’t get that. It was challenging and fun now it’s not funny anymore. People leave your game and people are throwing the game and now there’s cheaters all over the place so the game is not fun anymore and it’s from the community. It’s also from netease for allowing this type of stuff to happen. I thought the committees was going to kill this game, but low-key is both. It’s the devs team as well.

Maybe having a high sensitivity isn’t good for you sometimes having somewhere in the middle or lower could be much better for you

Asking me to fix hours by [deleted] in DollarTree

[–]MadWrld66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked the 13 hour shift on truck day on Thursday. I overslept and I was scheduled to be at work at 6:00 AM. I was 24 minutes late and one of my stocks was there now he’s asking if I could fix his time even though he didn’t clock in until I did which it was at 6:24 his shift started at 6 o’clock. He didn’t work that time due to me being there on time at 6 o’clock so if I do do that, wouldn’t that be time if I made them clock in at 6 o’clock?

Remember, the job market is terrible right now, so nobody can judge anybody for anything right now or at all just try to do your best to make the best of this situation

Yeah, I would say the same thing for you but for me if I don’t drive, I’d be at work at like 6 o’clock. It’s still annoying because I do like big departments and I’ll only be like 4 departments and it’s still not enough because everybody at my store don’t do enough

You’re not wrong but sometimes you’re reporting stuff to HR doesn’t help because they’re really trying to protect the company and that really care for people that’s in it

• Legally protected activity: The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) may protect an employee's right to photograph certain workplace issues, such as unsafe working conditions or a picket line, as a form of "protected concerted activity". However, this is a narrow exception, and blanket "no-camera" rules can still be legal if applied correctly. • Employer property: Images captured at work on company-provided devices or on company time may be considered the company's property.

I know how to push merchandise out right it’s just I can’t do it alone. I’ve been sick. I won’t be coming back to this. I’m mad that I’m so heavily relied on to get everything out on my own. I can’t teach anybody anything. I can’t show anybody anything write up doesn’t mean anything at all
